Postpartum Doula Services
Whether you’re welcoming your first baby or your fifth, the newborn period can feel overwhelming. During our prenatal meeting, we’ll create a personalized plan so you feel supported, prepared, and cared for in the weeks ahead. My goal is to help you feel more grounded and confident as you adjust to life with your new baby.
We'll help you navigate the early days of parenthood with confidence and care.
Postpartum Doula Support
We provide compasssionate, in-home postpartum doula support for families throughout the Northern New Jersey area.
Postpartum doula services include:
- One prenatal visit to create a plan for support
- Education and Evidence-based information on recovery, newborn care, and feeding and soothing,
- Light meal preparation so you stay nourished and hydrated.
- Light household support such as dishes & baby laundry
- Care for baby while you take time to rest, shower, or take time for yourself
- Connection to. trusted local and online resources as needed
Postpartum doula support services can last anywhere from a few visits to more than 3 months. We'll develop a customized plan for you.
Daytime Support: $60/hour. 4 hour shift minimum
Overnight support: $65/hour. 10 hour shift minimum
